How I Discovered the Emerald Coast

I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 22 years and during that time I made several vacation trips to the Beaches of South Walton County.  Each time I visited I was amazed at the emerald-blue color of the Gulf of Mexico and the beauty and purity of the sugar white sand beaches.  I loved visiting the unique shops and restaurants, and most of all I loved the leisurely lifestyle.  There is a a unique sense of community here and a special kind of energy one feels immediately upon arrival.  So, after many years in Atlanta, a few of Southern Cities, plus adding a 14-year side trip to Southern California, I finally made the move to my forever home.

My Real Estate Experience

I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1992.  Over the years I have been fortunate to sell real estate in several major markets, Atlanta (GA), Charlotte (NC), Charleston (SC), Newport Beach and San Diego (CA).  I mentioned this because while architectural styles and pricing vary in each market, all have one thing in common - people want to own a personal home, a second home, or investment property.  Now established in Walton County since 2014 I can say, with certainly that, Buyers and Sellers, regardless of where they live, all deal with a multitude of concerns.  Concerns that include, the market value of homes, the market conditions for buying or selling, interest rates and mortgage programs, availability of inventory, home inspections, home repairs, selecting the right lender, selecting the title company and YES, selecting the right Real Estate Professional.  I would like to interview for the position of your Real Estate Professional!

My Pledge

To deliver a professional service based upon knowledge and proven experience.  To keep all Clients fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.  To build a trusting relationship that will ensure a gratifying experience and smooth journey for Buyers and Sellers.
